New Hunting Partner

On Saturday morning, me, Mommy, and Matthew went hunting together. When we got to the other side of the creek I flushed a hen and a rooster and Matthew shot one of them!!!!!!! Our very first bird of the season, but Mommy says I can't say which one he hit. Mommy was thoroughly disgusted because she has been hunting for three years and has never hit a bird, and Matthew got one on his very first day of hunting ever! Mommy says she doesn't know whether to disown him, or make him our Designated Shooter. I am very proud of Matthew for being such a good Hunting Partner!
